Project 67

A strategic two-cycle plan (2026 + 2028) to build a filibuster-proof Senate majority — and ensure democracy cannot be held hostage again.

Project 67: A Two-Cycle Strategy (2026 + 2028)

Purpose: To flip the Senate and build a 67-vote pro-democracy majority strong enough to:

• Rein in runaway executive power

• Expand and rebalance the Supreme Court

• Stop judicial extremism

• Protect voting rights, civil liberties, and constitutional checks

• Hold ALL Senators—Democrat or Republican—accountable

• Ensure a Trump-style crisis can never happen again

Why "67"?

67 votes is the number required to override presidential vetoes, enforce accountability,

and pass structural democratic reforms. It is the number needed to ensure our nation

cannot be held hostage by extremist minorities, corrupt politicians, or power-hungry billionaires.

A strategic two-cycle plan to secure a filibuster-proof Senate majority

Why the Senate

The U.S. Senate is where obstruction becomes national paralysis.

Because of its rules and structure, a small number of senators can block legislation, delay appointments, and prevent accountability — even when there is broad public support. That makes the Senate the most effective pressure point for changing political behavior.

Project 67 focuses here because leverage matters more than noise.

Why 67

Sixty-seven votes mark the boundary between obstruction and accountability in the U.S. Senate.

At that threshold, a determined minority can no longer use procedural delay and strategic silence to block oversight or avoid consequences. Power shifts from stalling to accountability.

At 67 seats, the Senate can:

  • Enforce oversight and investigations without being paralyzed by obstruction

  • Prevent minority tactics from freezing governance and accountability

  • Restore the Senate’s ability to act on norms, standards, and consequences

  • Change incentives for senators who currently benefit from delay and inaction

Project 67 exists to apply sustained, visible pressure at the point where those outcomes become possible — not as a slogan, but as a leverage strategy.

The Goal

The goal of Project 67 is not messaging, symbolism, or short-term wins.

It is to change the political incentives that allow obstruction and avoidance to persist — by applying sustained, visible pressure where it can no longer be ignored.

Project 67 is designed to make inaction costly, accountability unavoidable, and silence politically consequential. Not through outrage cycles or performative conflict, but through disciplined focus on the leverage points that actually shape behavior.

Success is measured not by attention, but by changed incentives — when delay, evasion, and obstruction stop being the safest option.
